About the room
A three year old designer Ryan’s Homes townhouse is in Courthouse Village subdivision in Spotsylvania on Rt 208. Need someone who works full time. All utilities included in the rent and washer and dryer is on site . Street parking is available . Room is furnished with twin bed n mattress but if you need full size bed that need can be accommodated once you pay the deposit . Need quiet , working n drama free. No pets. Sorry!
About the roomies
You will be sharing the home with me n two roommates . Very clean n cooperative . I am pretty flexible n friendly. It has a very home feeling where you can come after work to chill n relax .
