If you’re a smoker respect ALL non-smokers, to smoke ONLY on designated areas.

• All visitors must provide a valid driver license or ID.
• No overnight visitors are allowed, overnight guest will be charged $80 per day, per night.
• Must follow COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
• No illegal drugs.
• The tenancy is for ONE person only. (2-person is negotiable plus extra charge).
• 6-months to one year lease.
• Parking for a small/medium size car is available for extra $50 per month. Parking on the street o.k. except Wednesdays for couple of hours during street cleaning days which you’ll get a fine if your car is on the way.
• Must provide with a VALID ID or DL and SS#.

One other (very clean) retired roommate living next door to share the bathroom, but he is very flexible.
