I am moving out and my bedroom will become available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the beautiful Breakwater Apartments just a half a mile from Sunny Cove beach. The room and closet are both good size, the apartment is a 2 bathroom apartment but you’d have to share the bathroom with one other roommate. You would have your own parking spot and street parking is available for guests. The apartment offers an updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, white quartz countertops, wood-style flooring (carpet in bedroom), washer & dryer in unit. Amenities include on site fitness center, and outdoor pool.

**The room is available as early as November 1st, 2019. Rent is $1100 we split utilities (typically about $40 each)

The two roommates are females ranging in ages from 21-30 yrs of age very easy going and respectful. We share the apartment with two cats.
