- House has THREE full bathrooms, one of them is a GIANT tub bigger than most luxury apts, another one’s a normal size tub and the third one’s a shower with the shower head WAY up high which is perfect especially for tall people. So the bathroom situation’s really nice, the guys appreciate it.
- Bedroom has blackout curtains.
- Team of maids come in TWICE a month and do deep clean of common areas of house (no extra charge).
- Lawn mowing is done by a company also (also no extra charge), so we never have to mow the lawn.
- Landlord takes care of appliances, so no worries on that.
- Super sweet backyard outdoor area where the guys like to chill and have a beer.
- McKinney Falls (hiking, biking, swimming, camping) is like 4 min away, it’s AWESOME to swim in the waterfalls.
- Very chill neighborhood to go for walks in.
- Very large house with open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Place is clean and chill. Peaceful place to come home to.
