About the room
House is located in the Spring Valley area. It is a gated community with a community pool. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One female and one male currently live here. I am looking for someone to move in towards the end of the summer.
The room is unfurnished. It has a walk-in closet and is a large sized room.
My roommate is more comfortable if a female moved in as the room is next door to hers.
Rent will be $700 with utilities included and no other fees. Appliances such as dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge are included. Pet friendly home for small to medium sized pets.
About the roomies
The house is currently occupied by me and two roommates, both female. One is moving out, so a room will be available.
