The landlords, a kind Chinese couple, live upstairs on the second floor. They only come downstairs when maintenance is needed or to deliver mail. I’ve lived here for almost 7 years and truly feel like they’ve become family. I’m only leaving because I recently accepted a job in another state.
The other first-floor tenant is a friendly Korean PhD student girl at UAlbany who moved in this September.
