A block away from Smart and Final, close to Hillcrest and downtown North Park. Gated and private patio outside, easy to find parking (weekend evenings it is tougher but not hard), you would have your own room and bathroom. The apartment has AC, in unit laundry, a furnished living room and a grill.

I am an active individual, I run most days and go to the gym three to five times a week. I like going out but I have a dog who is a sweetheart and very calm, she does not bark and would leave you alone unless you invite her to you. I like reading, cooking and doing new things.
I teach in southeast San Diego so I am out of the apartment from 7:30-5 Monday through Fridays. Looking for a roommate who also wants to be friends.
