Looking for female roommates, no kids or couples, you’ll have your own room with a shared bathroom and shared living space (kitchen, living room, garage). I’m still furnishing the living spaces, so it’s a work in progress. The house will be furnished for the most part, you’d have to furnish your room. You can use the garage for storage if you need. Big yard, not fenced in yet, but in the process of it should be done by mid March. There is an extra fridge in the garage as well. It’s in PSL. Less than 5 min away from the turnpike. About 10-15 min from 95. 15 min from tradition. About 30 min from Stuart. Rent is $1000/mo with water and WiFi included. Electric will be split evenly. Move in requires first and last month, along with a refundable security deposit.
