Beautiful house in a quiet and safe neighborhood; Close to Bus Stops; Easy access to 280/680/101; Close to shopping (Eastridge Mall, Safeway, Starbucks) and many restaurants.

The room: We have one bright and clean bedroom with a completely private bathroom in a beautiful San Jose home! Laundry (washer & dryer) is in the home.

The room is available starting July 10th.

About the place: The house is a well maintained 5 bedroom, 3 bath in a quiet community. The bedroom is lightly furnished. Rent includes internet, garbage disposal and water, and PG&E bills are a flat fee of $50/month.

About the housemates: We have pretty regular schedules, most of us work from home some of the time, and don’t make a lot of noise.

Requirements: We’re pretty easy going, but we have a few prerequisites. No Smoking. No Drugs. The landlord does not allow pets.
