About the room
This is a 2 story single family home and I am renting a room that is about 12’ X 12’. The room is clean and ready to move in. One person only. No overnight staying, no drugs, no alcohol, no smoking. You will be sharing the restroom with someone else. Bills are not included. Right now we are 3 living in a 3500 square feet house. The house feels empty.
