hi, we are looking for a single individual in their mid-late 20’s-early 30’s to rent out one of the rooms in our house that we are looking to fill by June 1st. it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, two-story house located in Poway. the room will be partially furnished and will be ready for move in by June 1st, 2026.

you will have a private bedroom with access to 2 detached, shared bathrooms, and access to all of the common areas. the room will be a month-to-month tenancy for a single occupant. no couples or children. the rent for the room is $1,250 per month without utilities included, plus a $1,000 deposit, and a monthly roommate agreement to be paid and signed by you prior to moving in. the room is priced based on size, included amenities, and the current average pricing for the Poway area.

we don’t mind occasional guests in the household including occasional overnight guests. we’re 420 friendly and don’t mind having it around as long as you’re respectful of us and the property and only smoke it outside of the house and clean up after yourself when you do. no cigarette smokers.

we are looking for a single individuals in their mid-late 20’s-early 30’s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, respectful, quiet, and working professionals or students with similar busy schedules to fill the room. we are a part of the LGBTQ+ community so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Absolutely No Trump Supporters, don’t inquire if you have any issues with that. if you have any questions about the house or us, then please feel free to ask!

we are, Erin (27, M, vet tech/barber), Elizabeth (25, F, cosmetologist/barber), and Guava (16 months, SF, ESA, Rhodesian ridgeback mix), and we have three extra rooms in our house that we rent out to others. we are in and out of the house at different times of the day and like to come home to rest and relax. we like to watch shows, movies, play all types of games, hang out with friends, host little potlucks/parties and bonfires in our backyard, and go out new places to eat in our free time. we like to hang out and chat with our roommates from time to time, but you’ll never be obligated to do so if you prefer to just keep to yourself and stay in your own space. let us know if you’re interested, we look forward to getting to speak to you!
