Unfurnished room w/a bay window & private full bath for rent in my ground floor 2b, 2ba unit. Current lease ends July 2026. You’re welcome to take over the lease or vacate then.

Amenities include: 2 Pools, Jacuzzi, 2 Ponds, Fire Pit, BBQ grills (both charcoal & gas), Tennis/Pickleball & Racketball Courts, Tanning Bed, Sauna & Gym, with easy access to the Stones River Greenway trail. Less than 10 mins to BNA Airport & 20 mins to Downtown Nashville, Percy Priest & Old Hickory lakes. Close to all basic shopping and bus lines if needed. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in hallway, we have a nice wood-burning fireplace and a good sized patio to chill out on.

About the roomies

I’m in hospitality, so my schedule is all over the place. I have a fun extrovert work-life but an introvert home-life & live a very quiet, tidy & private home life, have respect for others around me, (including my neighbors), rarely have guests over, and am looking for the same in a roommate. I have a nice home & want to keep it that way.

I do have a new young kitty that has free roam of this home… except for your space, of course.
