Although I listed the furnished bedroom price as $1300 you can also get a garage just for you for another $175 per month,and it is just a few doors down otherwise it’s a couple of blocks walking to where you can park - again all safe no crime.

This is a three bedroom two bathroom ground floor apartment on a most beautiful complex in Livermore. Quiet safe welcoming good neighbors friendly well dressed people with nice cars. We are three minutes by car down the road from Lawrence Livermore labs and may be 10-15 minutes into Safeway mall shopping and 15 minutes into town lots of restaurants, entertainment movies farmers market just really nice town. Also entrance to 580 is right here.

I have lived here about 4 1/2 years and just love it. There’s virtually no crime. I have packages delivered and left outside my front door all the time in the 4 1/2 years I’ve been here and never anything stolen. I’ve had Safeway delivered to the wrong address!

Property management and maintenance are absolutely excellent, strict but excellent. This place is kept immaculately inside and out. All the normal amenities of an upscale apartment complex / pool, barbecue area, complete with barbecues beautiful furniture kept new condition small gym, mail room etc.

There are some restrictions: smoking first of all, no smoking of any kind anywhere in the complex. This includes vaping! No drinking No guests ever No pets No drugs

This is a month-to-month rental and either party can give a 30 day notice.

Rent is due on the end of the prior month at the latest all in cash or you can pay by Zelle. 30 day notice must be in writing.

Security deposit is the same amount as the rent and in the beginning, if you want me to hold the apartment for you, but you’re not ready to move in right away,i will take what you call a holding deposit and I’ll let you know how many days I will hold the room for before you have to make a decision where upon you will or will not get your holding deposit back. If you choose to rent the room, then the holding deposit becomes a security deposit and is returnable to you 21 days after you have moved out. This will all be in writing, and you will get a receipt for your money every time whether you prefer it to be part of Zelle or a written receipt.

L you will have to be approved by the apartment management signed their lease and signed my rental agreement. You will get copies of everything.
