Small home in Irvington, Indianapolis. Right off the Pennsy Trail, bikeable. Decent sized backyard with a small greenhouse, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Front porch faces east, wonderful place to enjoy a coffee at sunrise.

About the roomies

Just myself currently, but also listing another room soon. I am a musician by hobby, and a beer brewer by trade. I love to cook, but I don’t eat gluten. I am down to hit the gym, ride bikes, etc. I am an extrovert, but I understand everyone needs space. I do have 2 cats, could add up to one more with pet deposit, but I want to mention for the sake of allergies.
