Move in available in August. Duplex apartment, private room. has shared kitchen, front room and bathroom. Fiber internet and other utilities included. Looking for a three month contract. Place is big enough for two. Landlord has rules against large dogs and toy dogs. All other animals are welcome. There is a large shared unfenced yard.

Constant cooking of food, all types, house will always smell like food. I am not the neatest, I clean of my off days, only have one of those a week.

Male, works evening shifts and weekend mornings. Very strict on the rules due to past horrible roommates. But as long as you dont commit crimes on the property or act like a child we will be good.
