Quiet and safe neighborhood and location. 4 bedrooms , 2 1/2 bathrooms in civilian/base housing. Gated community with ID required for background check by Dover AFB to access property. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, garage, 2 vehicle driveway, fenced back yard patio with grass and gate. Plenty of closet space. Golf course, walking path, play areas, convenience store, pool. Disregard mess in photos taken when I moved in before unpacking!
About the roomies
1 male. Total rent is 2000 to divide fairly with another tenant. PRICE NEGOTIABLE depending on rooms you want (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available for choosing - NOTE: master and 2nd biggest bedrooms empty pictures photos included) as is security deposit. Fully furnished house but you can furnish what you like because there is space. Your bedrooms would be unfurnished.
