We Live in the RiNo District just two miles north of downtown and one short train ride to Union Station on the A-Line. We’re a short walk to Denver Central Market and Larimer St. and short distance to the ballpark district. The house is in the Cole neighrborhood, on 37th st. It has 3 bethrooms and each person gets their own bathroom. its a two level house with rooms situated upstairs, there is one master bedroom with its own bathroom and two medium size rooms. One of our roommates is moving out so a room has become available! Upstairs we also have the washer and dryer. On the first floor of the house we have the shared office and living room and a nice kitchen with an amazing sink. We have a backyard and neighbors who live behind our house that have their own separate entrance. Parking is available, the house is property managed and they take care of almost everything. We pay water, electricity and gas, cost varies from month to month.

Me: I work in Public Accounting and moved to Denver just over a year ago from NorCal. Im 32 years old and I work downtown most days but sometimes I work from home. On the weekends and evenings, I’ll normally relax at home and cook. We have a nice kitchen so I like to make use of it. I enjoy similar things to those that live in Colorado. Hiking, going to concerts, snowboarding during the winter, hitting up local breweries etc.

Rudi just turned 30 and has been in Denver for a few years, but moved in last year around the same time as me. He is originally from Venezuela so you might run into him making an Arepa as you walk in. Pretty chill dude. drives for uber. We have a pretty chill place and we all work and when time permits, we hang out in the living room and watch a movie or a series. We order food or go to the movies sometimes, we like trying out new places to eat. We’re fans of mediterranean, Thai, Korean, Mexican, South American, etc so if you know a place, let us know!
