About the room
THIS ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE ON MAY 1ST. The Condo is a private end unit located on the second floor. It features two huge bedrooms with views from the park. You will get your own private spacious room and bathroom. You will have a walk in closet and it is hugee. Everything is going to be furnished except your room. It has a Laminate flooring throughout the condo and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry is also available downstairs with coins. Kitchen has a Granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. It is a few minutes from Bella Terra Mall, Grocery markets, the beach and entertainment.
Fast internet + Furnished living room
You will only be responsible for half of the utility bill.
