Serene backyard views of a freshwater canal that boasts of some active wildlife. Some outdoor seating is present with a table, new hammock under the trees on a pole setup up to 400lbs. The room is a furnished queen size room in the house with nearly private bathroom and batttub. (I will be there but very rarely, but the price would be way more if this were completely private) Working on some details but is in great condition. Regular size closet but could overflow into another if needed right in front of the bedroom. Queen bed, new sheets, comforter, new towels, available for you to have an inviting stay! Large Tv included to help entertain while you stay. For single person only as overnight guests are limited. Background check (45$) honesty helps too, and stop by to see the place before hand ( I do an initial meet and greet beforehand off site ) will have updated. pics in days. You will be only tenant for a while. 2nd will come but not in a rush. Seeking non smoker, ok with social drinker, 420 friendly, not necessary. Let’s talk! The utilities will be included WiFi, water, electricity. Please be mindful and turn lights off though. Wifi is included in the price whether you decide to use it or not.
Just me , house caretaker, landlord, 43, single female, very easy going, clean, but friendly and would prefer the same. Do not mind sex, race, or gender, just want easygoing and tidy person who will keep up with themselves and be a good addition to the quiet environment here. Rarely present upon renting out, thus bathroom would be nearly private to you but I give a significant discount because of that.
Your overnight guest, is limited as you pay a set rate based on utilities. If you have been in Palm Coast long enough, it’s 135 ish it seems for 1 home 1 person, so that’s water, not including power. thus the restrictions on how often guests can come over for overnights. If something continues and you want a living arrangement after over 6 months we can possibly arrange something once i have got to know that person and they pay and pass a background check but utilities will be split 3 ways minus your contribution already with further discussion on changes in lease agreement.
I don’t want to be mean, I just want to be fair, and tbh Its probably just going to be you for the most part for a bit. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. I am very open and there is lots of room here in the house as it is way too big for me. Not really looking to go over 2 people in the whole house as I like my quiet as I do have migraines, and Never know when they come on, and nor do not really believe having kids in a shared rental environment due to adults living here I don’t fully know is conducive of anything good. Just looking out for Gods children.
