Cozy and well-maintained home with a private room available for rent. The property features two living rooms—one set up as a quiet reading/study space and the other as a TV lounge. The home is spacious and includes a small private yard, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of storage. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The atmosphere here is relaxed and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live.

About the roomies
I’m a respectful, easygoing person who enjoys a clean and peaceful environment. I do have a couple of friendly cats, so anyone moving in should be comfortable living with pets.
