Welcome home! This private primary suite is the ideal rental for a spacious and peaceful stay. The suite includes the primary bedroom, bathroom, and a bonus room with a convenient work station and additional closet, allowing you to quickly settle in and focus on your work or studies.

The space captures an abundance of natural light. Restful nights are guaranteed with the king-sized bed, sound machine/alarm clock, and black-out curtains and plus a 42“ TV included. The bathroom includes both a soaking tub and a shower with vaulted ceilings and a spacious closet with mirrored doors.

The newly remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a passthrough window for indoor/outdoor entertainment. Laundry facilities are on site. One parking spot in the garage is included in the rent. The common areas are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks, arrangements can be made to clean your areas as well.

Outside, you’ll find a manicured and peaceful front and backyard, providing a serene environment for relaxation, entertainment, or outdoor work/study. The home is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and safe, with a park nearby and a bike path to the beach. The home is 4 miles from the beach/Downtown Oceanside.
