It is a charming house a little more than 2 blocks to the ocean. Walking distance to major attractions. Quiet street semi-fenced large yard however no pets per management. Room is not furnished House partially furnished. I’ve lived here 2 years it’s quite lovely. private room with your own large bathroom across the hall. Outside seating in the proper spots. Nice appliances and kitchen.

About the roomies

I am in my fifties. I teach. I travel here and there but i love to be at home. I am respectful and kind. Easy going and joyful. I have two grown children and a long distance boyfriend neither of them live here but visit.
