Subleasing till 1st August a room in a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms located next to the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in University Village. It’s an ideal place for a student of UIC. The building is new and features a rooftop, gym, working room, restroom, kitchen, and a public grill zone with a city view. There’s also a parking lot (with an extra charge), bicycle parking, and a place for a dog.

I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys a clean and comfortable home, is polite, easygoing, and respectful of shared space. Ideally, you’re someone who doesn’t smoke indoors and prefers a calm environment over parties. Someone who brings good energy—funny, adventurous, and positive-minded.
