About the room

Hello! My name is Colin-I am a 33 year old male who works as a creative producer. I own a home on Cuthbert blvd that has an empty bedroom I’m looking to rent. The room is about 11x11. The room is 1050/month, utilities included. There is another person living here who is an incredible roommate and is going on two years.

All genders, faiths, race, etc are accepted here. I am friendly, cook often, and genuinely have a vested interest in not only the upkeep, but the improvement of the house. I would hope that you would help with minor household chores, such as running the dishwasher or emptying the kitchen trash when filled. However, for the most part, I enjoy the maintenance of my home.

However, due to previous experiences with tenants, I have some stipulations:

PLEASE, NO: -Couples. -History of Crippling Addiction.
-live-in children. (Although the home is child-friendly for visitations, etc) -animals (although we love animals)

The house comes with all the modern amenities that we would share: (1) full bathroom, a full kitchen set up, a living room with a theater projector, a back porch with a beautiful vegetable and herb garden I’ve grown, plenty of storage, effective AC/Heat, a driveway for parking, washer and dryer, etc.

There is an acme a block away, and the Collingswood patco is equally close for easy commuting to the city. There is a driveway for parking, with plenty on the local side streets as well.

The move in date would be ASAP I require a month and a half’s security deposit along with the first month, and your first lease will be a 3 month period.
