It’s a great location in Manayunk, right off of Main Street. Share the street with a PHS Beer Garden, a Doctor’s office, and just a 5-minute walk away from Main Street and all that has to offer. 5-minute walk to Pretzel Park (nice farmers’ markets take place there on Sundays). 3 Bedrooms, but 1 is best used as an office/studio as it’s a little smaller. Very cozy living room and kitchen area. New outdoor deck as well!

I’m 30, in marketing and sales, and work from home 3 days a week. I enjoy movies a lot. During the week, I usually take my dog for long walks after work, and love to walk down to the Regal movie theater on Main Street if I have free time (roommate welcome to join!). Weekends, I will be either catching a movie, going for a hike, or seeing a small concert with friends. I make most of my meals in the house, and keep the kitchen very clean. Okay with having friends over occasionally, but prefer the house to be low-key and a place to unwind.
