About the room
Private, unfurnished room on the second floor of a furnished 3 bed/2.5 bath home. There are currently two empty rooms. The room is 10ft x 10ft with a 3.5ft x 4.5ft walk-in closet and you will have a private bathroom. The room has a large, east facing window with a bathroom just across the hall and in-unit laundry on the same floor. The bottom floor is entirely the living room/kitchen as well as the garage. There is plenty of storage room all around the house.
About the roomies
Single roommate is a working 8-4:30 professional for UC Davis who spends his free time on his computer. Doesn’t smoke or party but doesn’t mind gatherings. Generally keeps to himself and only uses the shared space for meals. He has a motorcycle and has two cats.
