Three Bed, Two Bath (shared bathrooms) - I’m an empty nester. There is a friendly dog in the home too. New appliances. You are welcome to use the TV (Netflix, Paramount, etc) when I’m not home. // Can reduce RENT a bit if you want to do chores around the house.

I am sober over a decade - I don’t mind occasional drinking, but not able to bring a regular drinker/420 into my home. I have a large dog. Indiana is a 9 yr old husky-sheppard mix. He is very friendly. I work a crazy schedule (4 days on, 4 days off). We need good communications so we can accommodate each others schedules. I’m a pretty vocal Democrat… just trying to avoid future issues.
