Full of amenities: swimming pool, pickleball court, jacuzzi, Club House, Fitness/business center, shuffleboard, picnic areas, fishing pier, small boat launch. Property is meticulously maintained, many large shade trees. The Community has many social activities/events that focus on opportunities to “mingle” and enjoy everything about the park. Located near Philippe Park, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater and Tampa.
Roommate will occupy a brand new bedroom #3 (16’ by 11’) with new heating/air conditioning unit and dedicated bathroom. Kitchen, den, and dining areas are shared. Room is furnished or unfurnished. Private entrance. Full sized laundry room. Private backyard patio faces mature trees and vegetation. Parking on site. Electric, water, internet, lawn maintenance and trash service are included. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top) and would be available for occasional visiting family members. This bedroom also has an empty closet that could be used to store additional items.
Background checks required for all residents. Sorry no pets. Owner allergic to cats. Owners live in Virginia and occasionally vacation at the home. Most time you will have the place to yourself. Owners are nice, respectful, quiet, easy going and non-smokers!! No drugs of any kind!

About the roomies
Owners are 69 (brother) and 70 (sister). They live in Southwest Virginia and only visit the property occasionally (not at the same time!) Owners are easy going, respectful, healthy, outdoor types who have christian values and respect others.
