We have a small patio home in North Peoria with a room and private bathroom for rent. Internet and utilities are included. Room is smaller and only for 1 person. Please no couples or children. Must be okay with cats as I have 2. No other pets please.

I enjoy hanging out, but also enjoy my alone time as well. I am not about the party lifestyle so I am looking for a lowkey roommate.
