The room is very large and furnished with a king size bed, dresser, desk, full length mirror and nightstands. Bathroom has a shower and is shared with one other woman.
The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, which has 3BRs and 2BAs, plus a furnished central living room area which includes sofa chairs, a small fridge, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is also a separate full size fridge for roommates to share on the ground floor. Renters pay 15% each of gas and electric utilities monthly. OK to use kitchen, dining, living room plus dishwasher, pantry and laundry. Wireless enabled. It is perfect for a single professional. Plenty of parking, but no covered parking. Not a party house, but friendly and respectful. We value sanity and eschew drama. No pets or smoking. Single occupancy. Minimum 3 month lease, then month to month. There is also a second furnished bedroom available with a private bathroom at $900/month.
