The space is the dining area turned into a bedroom nook. It’s being set up with a privacy divider so you’ll have your own area. Laundry on site, street parking, and a clean bathroom and kitchen.
One person currently lives here, and I’m looking for the right fit — not just a warm body to split bills. I keep a clean, calm, drama-free home. No (frequent) overnight guests, no smoking indoors (hopefully you don’t smoke), no chaos. I communicate clearly and expect the same in return. Who I am: I’m a self-improvement enthusiast (see photos) with a bachelor’s degree in a computer science field, currently re-enrolling in REAL ESTATE school (my license expired), and deeply involved in AI. I believe in constant growth — professionally and personally — and I’m always working toward the next goal. I live with a Christian values mindset and am currently looking for a new church home.
A note on communication: Due to extensive throat surgery, my vocal cords are significantly limited, so most of my communication is via text and email. I’m responsive and clear in writing, and I appreciate the same in return.
