Spacious bedroom in a beautiful house in the mountains near Boulder! I’m looking for a house/pet sitter for most of this summer. I’ll be gone for the better part of June through August 20th. I’m totally open to discussing renting out the large bedroom starting in September as a roommatesituation. As it stands now I’m looking for someone to care for, four dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. The room is currently furnished with a king bed, dresser, TV, and desk, but if you have your own stuff no worries, it can easily be unfurnished. The rest of the house includes a furnished kitchen with high end appliances, laundry and potential space for a private office/ kid’s room. The property is 5 acres with fantastic views, a hot tub, and there are several out buildings that can be used for storage or as a workshop/art studio. Pets are negotiable. There are loads of trails nearby and getting into and out of town is relatively easy, but the house is about 5 miles up Flagstaff Rd. You will need an all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle for some of the more snowy days in the winter.

I’m a single 45 year old easy going, progressive woman, who lives a pretty quiet life. I’m clean, love animals and travel. I can get along with just about anyone! I love hiking, skiing, cooking, and tinkering. I’m well past my partying prime, but you are welcome to have respectful visitors over whenever. I do work from home for the actual homeowner, who is currently out of the country. We don’t have to be best friends but I’ve always found it nice to be able to have conversations with the people I live with!
