I have one room for rent in Carrollton near Frankford and Josey area. Room is about 10X10 and unfurnished with closet and a shared bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry. Rent includes all bills paid and internet. References and a background check fee are required as well as one month of rent as security deposit.

There are currently three of us living in the household. A Hispanic woman in her 50’s and her son who is in his 30’s and one more male in his 50’s all of them with full time jobs. We are looking for roommates who are interested in a quiet, peaceful environment and who are responsible dwellers.
