The house is spacious, has a big fenced in back yard, is on a relatively quiet cul-de-sac just outside of Jacksonville city limits. Down the street from MCAS New River, 15 minute drive from Mainside Camp Lejeune gates, and close to various stores and restaurants.

You must be comfortable with guns, cats, and large dogs. I have 2 cats and a Rottweiler - he takes some time to get used to new people but is a big sweetheart. Pets are welcome as long as they are house trained and get along with other animals. Additional pet security deposit is $100 and for dogs I require a meet and greet prior to move in.

I’m a Marine and in college so I have a pretty busy schedule most of the time. When I’m not at work or doing homework I’m walking the dog, working on a random home project, at a shooting competition, or taking a nap.
