Up for rent in my house is one OR two unfurnished medium-sized bedrooms with one full bathroom that I don’t use. It’s located upstairs. It’s a townhouse, so it has everything you’d expect to find in a house that already has a person living in it. Both short-term and long-term rental is ok. Small pets are ok.

One room is currently rented, but may become available by end of summer.

You can rent one room for $700 and share the bathroom, or when available rent both rooms for $1200 and have a private bathroom.

I’m a creative personality and a bookworm who likes crafting and cozy atmosphere. I like living here alone but I’m looking for ways to make surviving these strange times a little easier and a little less scary. If you prefer to just stay a while and keep to yourself, that’s fine, too. I have a high tolerance for diversity. :)

I’m very present and I pay attention to and care about things, generally.

I do have a zero tolerance policy for poor/misleading communication, though.
