Oxnard Street

Our apartment is located in the North Hollywood/Valley Glen area. It’s fairly close to the freeway. The complex itself has a very homey feeling to it since there are only about 12 units. Our unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Under us is the parking garage, which means we have no downstairs neighbors (yay). You’ll get a private room, private bathroom, and a garage parking spot. Shared kitchen and shared living room. Washer and dryer in unit. We’re open to having anyone as a roommate. Couples are encouraged!

It’s me, my wife, and our dog. I’m 27, an actor and I serve at a restaurant as a side job. My wife, 26, is getting into an e-commerce business and serving on the side as well. Our dog is a small Havanese, super friendly. Everyone loves him and he’s great company. We’re generally pretty active - we love going on hikes, going to the gym. The master bedroom is pretty big and fits the both of us comfortably so we’re looking to have someone take the other room in the apartment.
