Ellinwood Drive

MALES Due to the age of my younger son we are only accepting males either needing a place to sleep bc work is far from your home or a quiet, responsible, young adult that isn’t going to have a bunch of people over and make my son uncomfortable. WIFI is included and I would say the rest of the utilities as long as that is not being taken advantage of and the bills sky-rocket as a result of waste.

This is a private room that has a twin XL bed, small desk, bookshelf, and smart TV. The bathroom is the guest bathroom in the hall but is not used by my son who lives with me. When my older son is home from college it is a shared bathroom. Otherwise it’s a private bathroom but not private in the sense that it is part of the bedroom. The house is on a small quiet street and in a popular Christmas light area. It is a short distance to the beach and close to malls and shops.Bus stop at end of block. House not far from El Camino and Harbor College.

I work in the film/TV industry so when I work I am rarely home. I have an older son in college who is gone 9 months out of the year, and one in high school. The high schooler lives with me. He plays soccer so he isn’t home much bc of practice. He has his computer in the garage so he doesn’t use the house much. We have an older dog as well. We are pretty quiet, chill people.
