• Shared living areas are fully furnished, including kitchen supplies.

-Bike storage is available either in the parking lot or on the patio.

• Storage space outside of bedroom is unavailable, however, there is room for small personal effects in bathroom, kitchen, etc. Bedroom includes large closet. Tenant will also have personal sink and storage drawer in shared bathroom.

• Tenant will also be provided with a double bed and lamp for bedroom. However, more personal items such as bath towels or bed sheets are not provided.

Additional notes: we do have a very friendly cat, but she does not do well with other pets.

We are a married couple looking for a short-term sublet for the spare bedroom in our apartment. We are in our early thirties and both work full time (grad student, WFH). We enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and occasionally playing video-games. Timeline/ lease length is very short term, available June 18-August 15. A longer lease may be available but we won’t know for sure for another few weeks. Happy to answer any questions over email.
