About the room
Hello! I share a 3bed/2.5bath with two female roommates, early/mid twenties. I am participating in a research opportunity out of state, and am looking for someone to rent my room out while I’m gone! I have the master bedroom with an attached bath and ample closet space. The room is quite large. There’s a half bath downstairs for everyone’s use, and the living room and kitchen are communal spaces. The vibe here is very friendly and chill and we’ve all gotten quite close. This is a great fit for someone looking to be friends with their roommates! The room comes furnished and decorated :) Thanks for looking!!
About the roomies
The roomies are in their early/mid twenties, one works as a preschool teacher and the other at a winery. There are occasional get-togethers at the house but there is plenty of notice given, and never any parties. We enjoy sharing some meals together, or movie night type things and I’d love if the new roommate would enjoy that too!
