About the room
The house is a 3 story, 3 bed 4 bath 2,000 sq ft townhome in a cute gated community that surrounds a little lake located in West Mesa (Dobson and Baseline). The available room is small, approx 11x10, has its own closet, and shares a bathroom with Brandon upstairs. There are two other available bathrooms in the house (including one with a shower) if you don’t feel comfortable sharing. There’s also two separate living rooms, so it’s easy to have your own space. One parking spot is available. The shared living space is furnished already, the room for rent is not.
Monthly rent is $830 plus utilities (Internet is $54 a month, and electricity ranges from about $30 to $120 in the summer. Water is factored into the rent price.)
We have one cat and are not looking to add any more pets into the mix!
About the roomies
Hi we’re Delia (28) and Brandon (25) 👋 Delia is the homeowner and we’ve lived here for two years. We became friends through EDM festivals and both love music. We like to keep the house pretty chill and quiet though, especially at night since we both wake up early for work. Weekends sometimes look like board games, crafting or movie nights, no parties at the house. Brandon owns a cute cat!
Being clean to us means each roomie is responsible for a main chore, jumping in when something needs cleaning, and we have a loose 24-hour rule for dirty dishes.
More about us: Delia likes reading, painting, yoga, photography, travel, rock climbing, meditation, and thrifting. Brandon is into making music, gaming, anime, manga, and going to edm shows.
We’re both independent, working professionals who do our own thing most of the time, so we’d be pretty easy to live with! LBGTQ+ friendly 🫶
