FEMALE TENANT ONLY 2019 rv trailer located in my backyard in excellent condition with 1 queen size bedroom living room dining room bathroom located in my backyard. Semi powered from house. But mostly powered with gas generator. Renters responsibility for gas in generator. Estimated gas expense per week $100-150 just depends on how much u use it. Cost may go up due to weather. I have never used the propane for cooking on the stove. We’ve always used a air fryer. Non refundable cleaning deposit of $200 for sanitizing and cleaning out waste tank. Rental will be month to month to get a feel for tenant. No drugs or overnight guest who are not renting rv. Rv will be kept clean at all times. Trash needs to be taken out daily to keep rodents from trying to get in rv. Preferably Female Only
About the roomies
You will be temporarily renting property by yourself. No drugs and preferably no smoking. All trash must be taken out daily. No parties or over night guest that turn into them staying over night. Renters are responsible for any damages that may occur while their staying there. Rent is do on the 2nd of every month unless arrangements has been approved by owners. If tenant doesn’t pay in the 7 days a $100 late fee will be applied and 2 weeks a eviction process will start and tenant will be required to move within 24 hours. Wanted preferably a FEMALE ONLY
