2 br 2bath ground floor apt. Opens onto a nice courtyard. You will need to be added to my existing lease. Complex has great amenities. 60$ to set up parking pass. Room opens onto a small patio and yard .I cover all utilities, wi-fi and more than ample streaming service. The only furniture you will need is your BR. Welcome to share all common spaces and kitchenware. The rent I quoted is negotiable if you are willing to help me with simple household chores ( laundry and trash mostly) I need someone willing to apply and be added to the lease but doesn’t need to move in before 9/1/26 🙏🙏🙏

I am a recent stroke survivor and retiree 66yrs young. Working on getting healthy again. I am a positive ,social, Christian ( not radical). My daughter is moving out and I like it here so I’d like a roommate to offset the rent! 🙏😊
