2 br 2bath ground floor apt. Opens onto a nice courtyard. You will need to be added to my existing lease. Complex has great amenities. 50$ to set up parking pass. Room opens onto a small patio and yard .I cover all utilities, wi-fi and more than ample streaming service. The only furniture you will need is your BR. Welcome to share all common spaces and kitchenware.
