About the room:

• $850, Master Bedroom • South facing windows, lots of daytime light. Private Bathroom and Closet • Available mid April however the move in date is flexible. • Utilities are around $110-$180/person per month. (varies seasonally) • Move-in cost is first month’s rent + security. (same as whatever room rent is) • Prioritizing longer term-commitments, but open to considerations if it feels like a good fit.

About the housing:

• 4 Bedroom home • 1 common bathroom, 1/2 bath in master bedroom, plus additional 1/2 bath downstairs • Spacious living room with lots of plant life. • Yard space, and backyard deck that has partial coverage for the winter seasons; privacy from neighbors. • Bath tub and shower upstairs, as well as an additional half bath downstairs. • Washer, dryer, dishwasher in unit - all that good stuff! • Feel encouraged to decorate and paint your rooms how you see fit. • Garage workshop area, and crafting & sewing spaces. • ~Acre of land, and garden space across the street. Plenty of space for outdoor and indoor DIY projects. • Located in Hillsdale. Under 10 minutes from downtown by car, also a bus line on Sunset Blvd.

There will be four people in the house total, including these room.

About you: LGBTQ+ / Friendly Interested in living in a fun & supportive household w/ other grounded people. Sex-positive worldviews. Like the idea of participating in periodic game/dinner nights Cool if you’re into gardening, being a kitchen witch, or have other skills to help maintain/improve the property

Accessibility notes: Currently there is no ramp access, and access to the front door/living areas requires stairs. One roomate is allergic to cats so no fur babies at this time.

Link (33, he/they) - Mixed media artist. Heart centered radical faerie. Free time includes crafting, tending plants both indoors/outdoors, and watching his fish swim around. He love adventures to bodies of water, and laying naked in the sun whenever possible. They heavily value joy, play, games, and general inquiries about the mysteries of life.

Branden (32, he/him) —Kind, active, social guy who just moved to Portland from Denver. Optimistic, considerate, and lives a healthy lifestyle. Ultimately looking for kindness and vitality to cultivate.
