It is a very nice and quiet complex in a gated community. Great location near the 405 and 55 freeways. There are two resort-style saltwater swimming pools, three spas, a clubhouse, a movie theater, a gym, a movement studio (offering yoga, Bootcamp fitness, and other classes), a BBQ area, and three fireplace areas.

I’m a single female with a small dog. I keep my home very clean and organized, and I enjoy living in a peaceful environment. I’m looking for one roommate only (sorry, no couples or cats) who is also respectful, tidy, and considerate, and who will contribute to maintaining a calm, comfortable home. Ideally, no additional pets, though I may consider a small dog that gets along with mine.
