Room: Medium-sized private bedroom (can be partially furnished if preferred) with a bonus walk-in closet

Shared living space: bathroom, huge living room, Washer/dryer in basement, generous storage space, partially finished basement with a room, garage, She Shed, and large yard.

About the Home: this is a brick ranch house located right along Peters Mountain Road. It’s a two bed one bath house with a garage and shed out back. The spacious yard includes a fire pit and dedicated dog runs 🐶.

The living room and kitchen are huge and filled with natural light. The bedrooms are quite large as well.

The basement is partially finished and contains an extra bedroom which I use for storage. I plan to turn the basement into a home gym/extra place to hang out.

🚶‍♀️ Just a 5-minute walk to Clarkes Creek (stocked for fishing 🎣) with a private hiking trail along the water. Minutes from Deitwiler Park, the Appalachian Trail, and the Susquehanna River 🌲.
