About the room
We have a private room (the largest in the house!) available in a Co-Ed apartment, guys and girls live here. Conveniently located just behind Walmart Neighborhood Market in Provo and just steps away from UVX bus line. Also nearby are lots of shops, restaurants, and the Provo River Trail. The place is nice, the roommates are great. It’s very quiet (No parties or disruptive guests please).
Rent is $550, Deposit $550 All Utilities Included
The place has 6 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a large kitchen with assigned cupboard and fridge space. We provide a once-monthly professional cleaning service! Landlord provides paper towels/dish soap/ soap wand.
We have great Wi-Fi and hardwired Google Fiber internet. There’s a washer and dryer in the building.
The room is available for Single occupancy only, no couples.
