Washer and dryer available fully stocked kitchen access to backyard deck and gas grill and smoker access to living room, dining room carport smoking area quiet hours from 12 am to 7 AM. Live in landlord and one other roommate. Electricity, water, trash removal Wi-Fi all included in your rent. First and last required to move in. 50% of your last months rent is required to hold the room, later to be allocated to your last months rent when you move in. So 450 to hold the room. Non refundable. Later to allocated to your last months rent. 1350 expected on your move in date. Rent is 900 a month. No pets already have a chihuahua she rules the house. No guests during quiet hours no overnight guests no couples. Showers and laundry are for tenants only.
