Room for rent in a shared house, shared bathroom with heat. Close to UConn, west Hartford and plenty of stores on Farmington Ave, only 15 minutes from the Farmington mall. There’s a washer and dryer on the first floor, I have a garage available for parking as well as a large driveway, plenty of storage if you need it! Must be respectful of the house and clean. Access to common areas such as the dining room, living room and kitchen. You will have full access to the internet, AC, and heat. I ask just to keep common areas clean and I do have dogs and cats so you must be okay with animals. Utilities not included, message me for more info. Available January 1st.

I work a lot and so does my boyfriend, we are friendly and clean and easy to get along with. I’m also down to make friends and hangout if you’re looking for that as well! We also live with another couple down stairs whom are very friendly and easy to get along with:)
