This home is on the Westside in a quaint safe friendly neighborhood who knows their neighbors…Approximately , 3-5 mins away from Downtown Redding, Sundial, Ymca, ….The room is bright with several windows with its own air condition and heater control. Can be furnished with desk, chair and new bed..We will share kitchen, refrigerator, living room, dinning room , bathroom and big backyard. There is a washer and dryer. Car can be parked in front of garage door. Lived here almost 4 yrs . Very safe..

You would be living with just me. A woman known to be kind, easy going, thoughtful and respect personal space…I love nature, yoga, music, sharing food. No pressure to reciprocate food sharing:). I love spending time with family but always at their home. My daughter visit for couple of days 2-3x a year. Almost forgot, I have a very tame sweet cat living with me. She doesn’t bother anyone because she gets scared easily. I am looking for a female who is responsible,trustworthy , and respectful who clean after themselves and the common spaces. If you have those qualities, then we can meet to see if we are a good fit.
