Owner occupied in same house, separate unit. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and professionally cleaned once per month.

Keyless entry with August Smart lock. You have full access to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. There are dishes, pots and pans, etc in the cupboards available for your use but you must agree to wash and put them away afterward.

This apartment was updated recently with new windows, new flooring, new furniture, new bed and mattress, new paint & a new bathroom. Also we have new central air.
